Pharmacological properties
Effective anthelmintic against taeniasis caused by: Echinococcus granulosus, Echinococcus
multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia ovis, Taenia hydatigena, Multiceps multiceps,
Mesocestoides corti, Taenia pisiformis, hydatigena, Taenia taenaeformis.

Dogs y Cats: Taeniasis.
Contraindications

On rare occasions it can cause diarrhea and vomiting.
Route of administration
Orally.
Posology
Dogs y Cats: 1 comp./10 kg bw
• In areas of high risk of infestation: treatment at intervals of 4 to 6 weeks.
• In areas of relative risk of infestation: treatment 2 to 4 times a year.
• In special cases:
Perras y breeding cats in prevention of taeniasis: treatment 8 days before calving with the
subsequent thorough cleaning of the kennel and bedding.
Puppies: treatment before being sold and 14 days after the sale.
