Ivermectin 10 mg/ml; clorsulon 100 mg/ml.
Pharmacological properties
Ivermectin is a derivative of the macrocyclic lactone, which acts by selectively binding to
Chloro-glutamate ion channels found in muscle and nerve cells of
invertebrates, causing the paralysis and death of the parasites.
Clorsulon inhibits glycolytic enzymes in the liver fluke which effectively blocks the
glycolytic pathway depriving the fluke of its main source of metabolic energy.
Interactions and incompatibilities

Indications and target species
Bovine: treatment of mixed infestations due to flukes and nematodes or arthropods,
caused by adult and immature forms of roundworms, lungworms, hypodermas (pimples),
mites, lice and liver flukes.
– Gastrointestinal roundworms (adults and stage L4): Ostertagia ostertagi, O. lyrata,
Haemonchus placei, Trichostrongylus axei, Trichostrongylus colubriformi, Cooperia oncophora,
Cooperia punctata, Cooperia pectinata, Bunostomum phlebotomum, Oesophagostomum radiatum,
strongyloides papillosus (adult), Nematodirus helvetianus (adult), Nematodirus spathiger (adult).
– Lungworms (adult and L4 larva): Dictyocaulus viviparus.
– Liver fluke (adult): liver fluke.
– Hypodermosis or pimples (parasitic stages): Hypoderma bovis, Hypoderma lineatum.
- Mites: Psoroptes bovis, Sarcopts scabiei there. bovis.
– Sucking lice: Linognathus vituli, Haematopinus eurysternus.
– The product can also be used as an aid in the control of infestations due to
Chorioptes bovis but complete removal may not occur.
Contraindications
• Do not administer to animals with known hypersensitivity to the active substances of the product.
• It should not be administered to any other species as adverse reactions may occur.

Transient discomfort has been observed in some animals after subcutaneous administration.
Soft tissue swelling and/or slight pain at the injection site have also been observed.
These reactions go away without treatment.
Route of administration
Subcutaneous only.
Posology
Bovine: The product should only be administered subcutaneously, in a single dose, at the dose
recommended dose of 200 µg ivermectin and 2 mg clorsulon per kg body weight. each ml
contains 10 mg ivermectin and 100 mg clorsulon, sufficient to treat 50 kg body weight.
Special precautions
Divide the dose greater than 10 ml into two injection sites to reduce occasional discomfort or
injection site reaction.
Wait time
Meat: 80 days.
Milk: Do not use in animals producing milk for human consumption.
Do not use in non-lactating dairy cows including cows pregnant within 2
months prior to delivery.

• Store in original container and protected from light.
• Shelf life once the container is opened: 28 days.
