By placing an order on Gosvet.com, the customer agrees to the following terms:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Shipping times may vary depending on the region and available stock. Although we strive to meet these deadlines, delays beyond our control may occur (courier services, customs, force majeure).
To purchase from Gosvet.com, you must be over 18 years of age and use a valid payment method.
Upon confirming the order, it moves to the "completed" status , which means that the package has been handed over to the courier service for shipment.
The customer guarantees that all information provided is correct and that they have sufficient funds to cover the order.

Delivery and transportation

Delivery will be made to the address indicated in the order. We recommend indicating a location where someone is always available (home, work, family, etc.).
We work with several courier companies to ensure the best service in each area.

Customs and international orders

Shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. These policies vary by country and may involve inspection by customs authorities.

Possible delays

All orders have a tracking number.
Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to customs controls, local restrictions, or exceptional circumstances such as a pandemic.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, any delays depend on the management of each destination country.

Transportation costs

Shipping costs include VAT and are automatically calculated based on the customer's address.
For other EU countries, the delivery time is 3 to 15 working days.

Returns

At Gosvet, we carefully inspect each product before shipping. However, if an order arrives in poor condition or with visible damage:

Don't accept it and notify the courier. We'll send a replacement.
If your package was accepted but has issues, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return.

Conditions:

Products must be returned in their original packaging, intact and unused.
Once received and verified, we will refund you within a maximum of 30 days, using the same payment method.
In some cases, shipping and return handling costs will be deducted.
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be exchanged or returned (for example, refrigerated items or items for specialized medical use).
